Your Purpose

As the representative of the European Headquarter Human Resources Department and reporting to the European Group HR Director, you will

  • Coordinate recruitment, training and development, talent acquisition and talent development,
  • Address issues raised by current employees and new-hires,
  • Oversee issues related to employment,
  • Improve HR policies, processes, and practices and recommend changes to HR management,
  • Perform administrative tasks, including documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, compensation and benefits information, and payroll processing,
  • Maintain the current HR files and databases (HRIS).

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • You have a proven track record (3 to 5 years) in a similar position; you work in great autonomy and you are able to keep strict confidentiality in performing your duties;
  • You are service-minded with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • You have the ability to deal with labour law issues and/or questions;
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills; you are able to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English and French, as to communicate with employees, and in group presentations and meetings;
  • You are able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information;
  • You are able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
  • You are organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality; you are computer savvy (word, excel, powerpoint, ERP…)
