| I have worked as a Production Manager in CURVER Poland since 2007. My work involves both managing production processes and coordinating a large team of professionals. I am very glad that I have a possibility to collaborate directly with people as interpersonal contacts have never been a problem for me. On the other hand, my primary responsibilities, that is improving performance, deploying new production concepts and new technologies, bring me a lot of satisfaction and make me feel fulfilled. I am a married 40 years-old and have got 2 daughters. Besides work, I have got a very active lifestyle as I regularly do some sport. In spare time, I develop my own amateur website Slupsk's Selected Information, which is dedicated to touring attractions, traditions and cultural heritage of Slupsk region. I really enjoy my job because it is very polyvalent and I have a lot of contact with my colleagues, which for me is very important since I am a very social person.
